At Magic Memorials, we create high quality bespoke memorials designed to last for generations. Due to the specialised nature of our products and the regulations surrounding memorial installation, we have a specific process in place for shipping and fitting.

2. Memorial Installation Requirements

Memorials must be installed by registered and qualified memorial masons who are licensed to work in burial grounds or cemeteries. This ensures that all installations comply with local authority and cemetery regulations and are carried out safely and securely.

If Magic Memorials is contracted to complete the fitting, our experienced team will arrange delivery and installation directly at the site, in accordance with cemetery guidelines and safety standards.

3. National Shipping

If you have chosen to organise fitting independently, we will carefully package and ship the completed memorial to your designated location using our trusted national shipping partners. All items are fully insured during transit, and we will provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note:

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that a qualified installer is available to receive and fit the memorial upon delivery.

  • We cannot be held liable for any damage or mis installation carried out by third parties.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the memorial and the destination. Once your memorial is completed and ready for shipment, we will notify you with an estimated delivery date.

Typical lead times range from 6 to 12 weeks from design approval to delivery or fitting, depending on material availability, design requirements and cemetery permissions.
