These Terms of Service govern your use of the Magic Memorials website and our services. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Products and Services

We specialise in the design, creation and installation of bespoke memorials, including headstones and cremation tablets. All products are custom-made to the client’s specifications using high-resolution imagery and high-quality materials.

Due to the personalised nature of our services, each order is subject to approval and production timelines, which will be communicated during the ordering process.

3. Ordering Process

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary cemetery or burial ground permissions prior to production or fitting.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases where permission for installation is denied, where information provided is incorrect, or if there is a risk of copyright infringement in any submitted imagery or text.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. A non-refundable £99 design deposit is required to initiate the design process.

Full payment is due before production or fitting unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, debit card, or other approved methods.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. The £99 design deposit is non-refundable once design work has started.

6. Shipping and Installation

Memorials must be installed by licensed memorial masons. If Magic Memorials is not contracted to fit the memorial, we will ship the finished item using our trusted national courier partners. All shipped items are insured in transit.

You are responsible for arranging a qualified professional to receive and install the memorial. Magic Memorials is not liable for damage or improper installation carried out by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on our website and in our work remain the intellectual property of Magic Memorials and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

You must have the appropriate rights to use any imagery, symbols, or text submitted to us for inclusion in your memorial.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Memorials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or installation of our products.

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
