Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Magic Memorials, we take great care in crafting bespoke headstones and memorials to honour your loved ones. As each item is made to order and tailored to your specific requirements, we have put in place the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

Buyers have a 14-day cancellation period during which they are entitled to a full refund, provided that the manufacturing process has not yet commenced.

2. Non Returnable Items

All personalised products, including headstones and memorials featuring custom engravings or photographs, are non returnable and non refundable once production has commenced. These items are uniquely created and cannot be resold.

3. Deposits and Order Cancellations

£99 Design Deposit: A £99 deposit is required to begin the design process. This deposit is non refundable once our designers have started working on your memorial design, as it covers some of the time and resources involved in developing your bespoke layout.

Order Cancellation Before Production: If you wish to cancel your order before production has begun and before design work has started, please contact us immediately. In such cases, a partial refund may be possible (excluding the non refundable deposit).

Order Cancellation After Production Has Started: Once production of the memorial has commenced, cancellations are not possible and no refund will be issued.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take pride in the quality of our workmanship. If your memorial arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once reviewed and confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.
